"Hitofunbury" Development Story
The development of "Hitofunbarry" became a challenge to "suppress" the tremendous effects of rubber.
The prototype of this product is an insulator (rubber base) for pianos that Morisei has been involved in producing for some time. This product is primarily used for vibration and sound insulation, but there have been reports that during the Great East Japan Earthquake, it helped prevent pianos from slipping and tipping over, thereby reducing damage compared to insulators made from materials other than rubber. Rubber has traditionally been widely used as a non-slip material, and this time, particularly leveraging this knowledge, a development project was initiated with the desire to utilize our technology for future disaster prevention measures against earthquakes. *For more detailed information, please refer to the related links.
